Alycia R. James
Alycia is a transformational leader and strategist with more than 20 years of experience driving organizational performance and leadership excellence across healthcare, technology, clinical research, and retail sectors. Known for her ability to navigate complexity with clarity, she helps leaders and organizations thrive in times of change.
As a seasoned service delivery executive, Alycia has led multiple large-scale redesigns of client- and patient-facing teams, aligning strategy, culture, and operations to deliver growth, profitability, and measurable outcomes. She has built adoption strategies that ensure new processes and technologies stick—turning potential disruption into competitive advantage.
As an executive coach, Alycia partners with senior executives and emerging leaders who are ready to elevate their impact. Her approach blends systems thinking with practical strategies to strengthen leadership style, executive presence, and team performance.
Alycia holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has published on organizational development, patient engagement, and physician engagement.
Off the clock? She’s a family problem-solver, self-proclaimed neat freak, aspiring archer, and master hula-hooper.

Andrew P. Ottesen
An innovative operations and finance professional, Andrew is experienced in both value-based healthcare and clinical trials management. He has worked in both startup and mature organizations, leveraging data and technology to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and improved clinical results. Andrew’s knowledge of healthcare informs his approach to data analytics to ensure alignment and value of performance metrics.
He has a passion for ambiguity and working collaboratively to devise solutions.
In collaboration with physician leaders, he led the development and roll out of a performance dashboard for physicians engaged in Medicare Advantage and ACO REACH.
Andrew is a graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, with bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance. He was one of just four Stamps Scholars in his class. He previously founded a volunteer respite care exchange network for families.
When not at work, he’s the official chef of the house, a wannabe gardener and the king of the kickball team.
